What exactly am I buying?
You’re getting a digital baby shower invitation Canva template that you can personalize yourself. It’s quick and easy. The outcome is a stylish invite you can send straight from your phone.
How do I access my invite?
Right after checkout, you’ll get an email with a PDF. The PDF contains a link to your template. All of our invites are editable in Canva. You only need their free account to access and it is super beginner friendly. Just click, edit, and you're good to go.
Can I change the text and colors?
Yes! You can edit all the text to fit your shower details, names, dates, addresses etc. you name it. You can edit as much or as little as you like. All templates also let you tweak fonts, text and background colors, and layout so you can match the mama’s vibe if you are feeling creative. Most people just personalise the text and leave the design as it is.
Can I edit on my phone?
Absolutely. All templates work on Canva’s mobile app. You can edit from the couch, the car, or while bingeing baby name videos on TikTok. That said, we do recommend editing on a laptop as it gives you more control.
Can I print the invite?
Our designs are made for digital sharing (WhatsApp, text, email, even group chats). They have been optimised for mobile viewing so the sizing and layout would need to be adjusted on Canva if you wanted to print them. We are working on offering more formats, If the invite is printable, we’ll clearly say so in the product description.
How fast will I get it?
Instantly! As soon as your order goes through, the invite is yours. No waiting around, no delivery delays just open, edit, and send.
Can I go back and make changes later?
Yes! Your Canva link stays active, so you can go back anytime to update names, switch up the time, or fix that typo (oops). Edit and download as many times as you need.
I’m not great with tech. Will I be able to do this?
Definitely. We design with real people in mind. If you’ve ever typed a text message, you can do this. We include a beginners guide to Canva with your purchase, and if you run into trouble, we’re happy to help.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we can’t offer refunds. But if something’s not working, we’ll always do our best to sort it out.
